Catering to the hobbyist in all disciplines, we believe horseback riding should be about working hard and playing hard, and it shouldn’t break the bank.
We offer an excellent professional training program Monday through Saturday for English huntseat, jumping, dressage, and eventing. Our horseback riding lessons are geared for riders ages 7 and up, beginner to advanced levels. We also host schooling shows and clinics regularly during warmer months. For our Western riders, we host Western riding clinics monthly.
We’re also proud to be home to the Denver Polo Club and offer exciting polo lessons for riders of all levels at our facility—no experience necessary.

Meet our lesson horses
The horses in our riding lesson program are amazing, patient and really, really cute. We have a horse for every rider: Thoroughbreds, quarter horses, ponies and even the cutest miniature horse you’ll ever see!
Our school horses are well trained. They tend to be quiet and obedient, although some have more spunk than others and we have a horse for any riding level. We are careful to match you with the best horse for you and your experience and goals. Beginners get quiet horses while riders looking for a bit more challenge get the spunkier ones! Some of our horses love to jump, others love to run. Some would rather walk peacefully along. Meet just a few of our special equine team below, and come out and ride them sometime!
TeBone! Only the Appy in the world. He grew up here with three different owners and now in his early 20’s he loves to teach kids how to jump and trail ride. He is a great teacher but can be a bit bouncy so look out for no stirrup November!
Roxie! She can be sassy but if you get her you are lucky! She is great to trot and great to canter but you have to be advanced enough to ride her. She is owned by a lovely family who has moved onto college and we are honored to have her in our program and to care for her for the rest of her life.
Luna! Luna was a show horse when she was younger. She still jumps but prefers cross rails. She has a great canter and a lovely trot. She is super sweet and great to ride. Hopefully you are assigned to rider her because she will teach you a lot.
Guinness! This guy is so talented! He was a western horse when he was younger and then he learned how to jump with a kid last summer. She took him to his first shows and did really well. He loves to play with TeBone on turnout and loves to teach kids how to canter and steer.
Calypso! She only the best horse in the world. Some may argue but any horse who has taught so many people how to ride deserves huge hugs and kisses. She has taught hundreds of kids to canter and trot! If you are lucky enough to be assigned her make sure you give her a big hug and say thank you.
Cody! She can be a stinker but if you are more determined than she is, she will give you an amazing ride. She knows more than she lets on, so don’t be fooled by her. She jumps and used to event! Are you good enough to feel all of her training?
Clever! Clever is a racing thoroughbred! You will never know it, but he won the last race he did. He will teach you how to be a strong rider and he loves to teach kids how to canter.
Doc! Doc is Dan’s brother, can you see the resemblance? Doc is not a fan of cantering but if you are a good rider he will canter for you no problem. He is a sweet boy and he loves to teach riders how to trot and to be firm.
